im trying to figure out how to place a dripper sysyem, i have the repti breeze set up,but i have two lights on top,im kinda afraid to put the container on top because of possible leak w the lights so close,im using a container w valve and hose into tank,if i suspend the container inside the habitat,it will be in way of lighting and take up room ? i need some ideas or pics or help please , thanks

if you are using the hose, why are you worried about the water getting near the lights? you should be able to put the dripper on the top of the cage and the water should not interfere with the lights. Are you inserting the hose through the screen? if you lay it on the top, then yes the water can pool. I don't use the hose and what I do is place the dripper on top of the lid and it raises it up about an inch off the screen. The water drips right through the screen then and does not pool.

yeah the hose will come in through screen, just worries me with water near lights, and outlets below,so i guess it should be ok, what about getting a heavier gauge of screen ,cut to the size of the top of enclosure ,to sit the lights and water cup on ? screen is light and flimsy ?

well you don't want to double up on the screen where the lights shine through as the screen cuts out some uvb rays as is. Someone is usually home at my house, so I only fill up the dripper about 1/4 of the way and then fill it back up again when it gets empty.
