Do chameleons get?

A thought popped into my head and I was curious to find an answer.

Do chameleons get full faster on worms or crickets? or do they just eat and when done stop.
I am sure age comes into play quite a bit along with species

just wondering what people think or experienced

Personally I don't think one or the other in general will make a chameleon more full. It really depends on the volume and mass of what they are eating. If you feed a worm to a chameleon of the same age, size, etc. and feed a equally sized cricket to a similar chameleon it will make them both equally "full."

Chameleons in the wild are opportunistic hunters so really even if they are "full" they will still eat because their next meal could be for several days
