Dangers to humans from wild Anoles or Jackson's

I've had a wild Anole for about a week now. I heard someone mention paracites from a chameleon. Are there any dangers to humans from Anoles or Jackson's (paracites, germs, etc.)?

It's not likely. You can catch salmonella from a lizard and most lizards carry some form of it (though most of these forms cannot be "caught" by humans). Dogs and cats and birds and especially fish also carry salmonella, plus because dogs and cats are warm blooded you can catch a number of other nasties from them that you cannot catch from a lizard.
