Cryptosporidiosis?

I just read a small article on this but it didn't explain what it is or how it was caught. Only that it currently cannot be cured and any animal with it should be permanantly quarantined or taken out of any collection. Anybody got any ideas?

This is really bad in leopard geckos. If you have any I would have them checked, or at least not touch them the same day as any other reptile.

Thanks Socalison that was a great article. No i don't have any geckos but i had just recently read an article that said it is being found more and more in chams and considering the prognosis; i wanted to find out more info on it.
