my young veiled chameleon is bright green with yellow spots just wondering if he will become the vibrant colors im seeing in pix of other chameleons

It depends a lot on the genes. If you can, check out the bloodlines of your cham.

He will stay mostly green and yellow with maybe dark spots if he is a veiled cham but the other real colorful ones are panther chameleons
