Color change

This is my boy neon his a 6 month old panther chameleon. I was wondering what are the next stages in color change with each shed? Should I expect a drastic change in color from his natural green to a yellow as example ?

That's hard to predict—they're all different—even from the same clutch. Mine was pretty much set by 6-8 months, though he still surprises me (a little) if/when he gets fired up, but I won't stress him intentionally.

His colors also look different (hue & brightness) under different lighting (e.g. fluorescent vs. incandescent vs. natural sunshine).

Nope. No plans to. Just having a true (Old World) chameleon is a Bucket List item for me.
