Chameleon Teenagers

Hi, i have been hearing stories about how panther chameleons have been getting mean after a while...is this just because they are "teenagers" or because of something else? will they ventually grow out of it?

Hi panther, are you sure you aren't talking about veileds? There's been quite a bit of discussion on here lately about veileds being a mean species of cham, but not panthers. Of course, they all go through their testosterone changes at about 1 yr, but they generally come back around (the panthers that is). I can't speak for veileds because I've never owned one, just what I've read says they can be poop-heads.
