Cage changes while carrying eggs?

Well this weekend i was planning on moving my female veiled into a larger cage, buttttt she decided to start scratching around in her laying bin. I was thinking would it be best to leave her in the smaller cage untill she lays? I am sure that moving her into a new cage will stress her out and i if she is stressed i am thinking there is a good chance she will not lay.

Am i on the right track here?

I would give it a day or so more of her scratching in her bin.

Is this full depth for her to dig a nest or a bin she scratches in and you put her in a deeper bin?

If its full depth I would just leave her where she is till she lays, like ChrisNLisa are saying. Ya don't wanna mess her up with a cage move.

Its a trash can...so 16 inches?

That is a pretty good amount of dirt for her to dig through. :D

Just let her do her thing before moving her.

I like to put my females into a tub that has just dirt in it and maybe a fake plant for 'cover' and leave them in a corner. I put a heat lamp over the tub and leave them for a day. I check on them once or twice to make sure they haven't caved the tunnel in on themselves. Once they dig and cover up the eggs back to the cage.
