Calcium deficiency, Metabolic Bone Disease.

I've also seen very healthy chameleons that just spent too much time at the top of their cage, close to the light.. and eventually it just seems to bend, or so it seems.

Use the search tab at the top and search for bend casque and you should get plenty of reading on this. It's been asked quite a few times.

Take a look at my avatar- my Yoda's casque was bent like this since ever- and people kept coming with tons of funny theories like "his egg was too small so it had to bend like this" or "he is running fast and this aerodynamic casque fits him" or "he was meant to be a shark and Mother Nature made up her mind in the very last second and gave him chameleon's body" etc. etc. :D
Some chameleons can be pretty healthy and have their casques in a weird shape- tha's make them unique- it would be boring if they all looked the same, right? ;)
