Anyone ever fed off:

Confused flour Beetles
Bean Beetles
Dermestid Beetles

How do you care for them?
Your chams enjoy them?

I keep bean beetles. They are perfect. Toss them in with a empty toilet paper roll, some black eyed peas, and they multiply, and multiply, etc. I feed the to my williamsi gecko, and my transvaalense.

If you can't find any I would be happy to give you a culture. It is cold at my house but would be ok to mail on Tuesday.

The damage to my wallet with bugs is painful.

ANyone have experience with dusk cave roaches and orange head roaches?
like how to keep, feed, breed. etc.

Id recommend ordering a few cultures from smallpetfeeders as they are kind of small imo, but bean beetles are the easiest.

Ive used confused flour beetles as well but they can be a bit more of a pain in the butt... you need a sifter to get them out and when you sift, you pick up larvae too.. So ime its best to feed them out of a cup.

Ok just wanted to offer as I have extra. Always good to share what you can.:)

Well i may have to take you up on that offer, as their site currently isnt working.

and i need to get bugs ordered at once. so that im not doing constant bug boxes next week.

I know how your feeling... I'm not going to drop any names but... a few individuals better start being a little more appreciative:p.

I'm wanting to start a feeder group with some people on here were each person breeds one type of insect. We would just pitch in for the initial investment for all of the equipment and eggs/larvae. Then we could maintain a large variety of feeders without having to spend 10 hours a day cleaning and maintaining that many different insects.
