Are snails a good feeder?

I have heard that you can feed snails to chameleons on some websites isn't the shell of the snail extremely hard to digest let alone eat or is it a good feeder?

pple feed them with the shell? or just take it out from the shell and gave it to the cham?

Leave the shell on. Its a good source of calcium.
Yes, your chameleon CAN diegest shell - Not much different than feeding shelled beetles.
