Are femoral pores an issue with male panthers?

Not finding much clarity on this question either in the archives or google.
Clogged femoral pores can be a problem with male bearded dragons, but I can't find whether male panthers (or other chameleons) even have femoral pores, much less if they're something to monitor & watch out for. The photos & articles I do find are mainly about beardies & iguanas.
