Are any of these safe feeders?

Ok, building on my other thread of a chameleon who gets bored with feeders... Are any of these suitable feeders?

Fruit/Sun beetles?

Turkistan Roaches?

i know both of the roaches are good feeders as some people use them with success... not sure about the beetles though..

just looked at those beetles, i would not use them their exoskeleton looks like a brinks truck! lol
