Sure. Some chams don't like them and some do (typical response about any feeder). The so called "red wigglers" can have a bitter tasting mucous so once a cham bites it they tend to reject it. If the worm is properly damp sometimes the cham's tongue doesn't pick it up easily.

I would also not feed them straight out of a compost pile or from a bait shop.
