A poor question

Now I get a very poor question about whether 5.0 UVB is enough for Veiled and panther? Is it necessary to choose 10.0 UVB?
I would to know which is right. But the words from a friend of mine make me confuse.

5.0 is sufficient.
Repti-Sun (if you can get it in China) is my choice.

I have used Repti-sun 5.0's for years on chameleons and other reptiles and have had no problem.

If you use a brand like ReptiGLO instead of ReptiSUN, it is reccomended to use both a 5.0 and a 2.0 to equal the same UVB as the ReptiSUN, it's a better deal in the end to buy the Reptisun bulb.
