4 month veiled cricket size??

Hey everyone, I was just wondering what size crickets a 4 month old veiled can eat? I went to the store today and got 150 medium crickets and 50 large crickets. I didn't realize the large crickets would be full grown with wings lol. Will it be okay to feed the big ones to my cham? I cup feed him so most of them will hopefully be contained inside the cup and not able to nibble on him haha.

A good rule to follow is the feeder shouldn't be any bigger than the space between their eyes.

I ordered 3 week old crickets for both my chams online (dont remember the actual size) but there was 5 huge crickets in that 1k cricket box. I gave the big ones to my turtle which she really enjoyed. But both are about the same age as yours

I find that my 4month olds love small or pinhead crickets. Ive also found it to be about the same with all my reptiles that even if the prey is to small they can just eat larger amounts of them

My veiled was eating mediums/larges at that age, but he's a behemoth. HAHA!
