The 2nd Annual Emerald City Reptile Expo is happening in Seattle March 5, 6 2011 at the Lake City Community Center, 12531 28th Avenue Northeast, Seattle, WA 98125. Guest speakers include legendary California snake breeder and published author Bob Applegate of Applegate Reptiles talking about both the breeding of high-end kingsnakes and milksnakes, and also the breeding and care of Gila Monsters and Beaded Lizards. Other guest speakers include Doug Taylor of Doug Taylor Reptiles on the care of South American Mussuranas, Nick Mutton of Inland Reptile on the Morelia Python complex, and Doug Day of Doug Day Reptiles on the breeding of high-end Ball Python morphs. A great two-day event with an outreach/holding room, vendor tables and lots of reptiles, amphibians, and other critters sponsored by the Pacific Northwest Herpetological Society and The Bean Farm.
