So my cham moves around the bottom half of his enclosure everyday but he rarely goes up to the top to basking the uvb and heat is that bad?

After hearing your advise I was super nervous that red didn't feel comfortable in his enclosure so I could wait till tomorrow to redo it here's how it turned out please give me feedback (literally just put him in so he hasn't explored yet)
