Hi everyone! Its been quite a while since I've posted an update on Yoshi, so I figured I would share a couple pics. He's doing really well. He was showing some nice blues today. Sorry the pictures look so dark, I am a terrible photographer haha ;)
We're going to pick up our baby kitten tomorrow morning. Isn't she adorable? She is so cuddly and so sweet. :D
Also, if anyone has name ideas, feel free to share. So far, the best we've come up with is Angel, which I think fits her pretty well. :)
So my male veiled, Yoshi, is almost a year old now. I've never had any major issues with him and he is very beautiful and very healthy. The only thing is, he's pretty small for a male veiled. He's probably about 6-7 inches snout to vent. I have seen some HUGE veileds, and I've even seen some...
I need to get a bigger cage for my veiled very soon. I am looking for a 175 gallon reptarium or a 24x24x48 cage. If anyone has one that they are willing to sell at a reasonable price, please send me a PM. Thanks
I now have an empty 55 gallon tank sitting around. I am looking for advice on what I could put in it that would be fairly low maintenance. Unfortunately, snakes are out of the question (my mom hates them :(). I would like something that would preferably not be too expensive. Thanks. All tips are...
I just got a female Indonesian blue tongue skink yesterday. She's about 2 years old and she's really pretty. Here are a couple pictures of her. Let me know what you think. Does anyone else on this forum keep blue tongue skinks?
So I've had Yoshi now for about 2 and a half months. He's about 6.5 months old now so and he's grown A LOT in the short time I've had him. Sorry it's a really crappy picture. I can't seem to get him to sit still long enough for me to take a good one
I am planning on getting a chinese water dragon and I have a few questions about setting up a cage. First of all, what type of substrate is best for them? Also, I want to make the tank half shallow water and half substrate with some sort of barrier in between. Any ideas on what to use for this...
I was looking around on craigslist and found this. This chameleon doesn't look healthy at all to me. Stuff like this makes me sad and it makes me wish the owner had seen this website

Does anyone here have birds? Here are some pictures of mine. I have a lovebird named Mango and 2 cockatiels named Koda and Pepper. I would love to hear about/see pictures of yours if you have any.
My male veiled chameleon is about 5 months old now and he is in a mesh flexarium that is about 24x16x30. I was wondering when I should upgrade to the 24x24x48.
I have seen these canned worms and crickets and such at pet stores. I was just wondering if chameleons will eat these? It doesn't seem like they would but I was just curious.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to build a cheap dripper that will work better than the zoo med little drippers? The reason I want to get one is because I've only really seen my new veiled drink from the leaves a couple times after I mist them. I'm worried he's not getting enough water and I...
Hi everyone. I just recently got a veiled chameleon and I just want to make sure I'm doing everything right so he can be as healthy as possible and live a long time. Just let me know if there's anything I can improve on or do differently. Thanks

I am trying to find something I can use for a mister that will spray a fine mist. Will something like this work? Of course I would clean it out thoroughly before using it but would this be acceptable? http://www.lowes.com/lowes/lkn?action=productDetail&productId=58855-1319-30161&detail=&lpage=none
