Setting up 24x24x48 cage. Which nozzles to choose, 2 singles or 1 dual head?

Ive seen a lot of posts saying Cham doesn’t like to be handeled. My Cham is also one of these. If I stick my hand in his cage he goes to the top of screen or heads deep into the plant so I can’t reach him. So I’ve learned if I open the cage door and let him walk out on his own he has no problem...

Upgrading to a 24x24x48 cage. For lighting looking at 24" HO T5 Double Bulb fixture with Arcadia 12% and 6.5k Day-light Bulb or should I go with HO T5 24" Quad Fixture W/ Arcadia 12% Bulb & 3 x Daylight Bulbs. Will the double work or do I need the quad? 3 daylight bulbs seems excessive.
