The vet just called me and said that he can see that the right side of his jaw is swollen and some fluid came out when he pressed on it. He is going to do bloodwork, but said that he doesn't feel that Squirt needs the xrays right now. He will call me as soon as he gets the bloodwork results...

He has not injured his tongue that I know of and he just started lifting his head after he eats and drinks. I gutload the feeders with organic carrots....could he be getting to much vitamin A? I am in the process of finding a good vet in the Austin area.

Lil Squirt is 9 months old and is such a big healthy boy. I know that his precious momma died today, I'm so sad about that and my heart goes out to Jann :(. Fiona is in Heaven with the Squirt's dad and family now.
