I live in NYC as well. There's not much regarding reptiles or chameleons. But Avian and Exoctics seem to be the best (one of the only) options. But 99% of my supplies are ordered online. Since its cheaper and seems to always arrive pretty fast.
But anytime I need something urgent I'll just go...
I have been obsessing over this cage. The grand (largest size) seemed to be a good size for a panther. No matter what many might say it, has a good height and a very good length, for the Chame to move about. I enjoy the fully automated system, yes it is enjoyable to continuously tweek a...
i was wondering, if hornworms were inexpensive. Could they be used as staple feeder? Then roaches/crickets twice a week to add something a little more chitin-full?
Looks good!! I had something similar, but it didn't work that well. At least for me. Since chams are highly visual animals, in my opinion I would remove the plants behind the grid. So that the feeders are clearer from a further away distance. Also, some crickets might be able to jump onto one of...

Looks good! I don't think you need to change anything. However if you feel that it might be to warm, you could switch to an LED bulb instead of 13w.
But if it ain't broke, don't fix it!!
Good luck
I'm sorry to hear that. This could very well be a hunger strike.
The only way to "solve" this is by:
-don't feed him for a couple of days. As in he shouldn't even have food in his sight.
-change up his feeders. Try hornworms of butter worms. Usually they attract chameleons.
If you think this...
