    These black spots just randomly showed up in my panther.They are not thermal burns,as the basking area is 85 degrees.The heat source is out of reach of her.She is eating and drinking fine,and acts normal.

    Why is he/she doing this

    I have noticed that this little fellows throat will sometimes turn red,it stays almost a light shade of red.this morning it was getting ready to shoot for a cricket and the throat turned bright red.here is the best picture I could get.
