I just got back from vacation, (4 days) during which my father fed & cared for my Chameleon.. I am noticing that she is looking very pale. Is this a sign of MBD? She is about 15 months old and has been healthy so far.

Thank you. She came down but is still a little skittish. She started to hide when I came in the room. As soon as I saw she was ok I left again. Gonna give her space and let her settle in. Thanks again.

I cleaned out Millys enclosure a few minutes ago. I took everything out except the top branch she spends most of her time on. (I left her inside also, I didn't use any chemicals just changed paper towels and made sure the live plants were healthy). I also had to rearrange the other branches. Now...

LOL. Ok, well that makes sense. Maybe I will just try to hand feed her crickets once or twice for another week or two. I can clean the cage without disturbing her for the most part. But I do want to take her out & give it a good scrub down soon.

I've had Milly (4mnth female panther) for almost 2 weeks now. She seems content enough and although she is still a little skittish she has taken a cricket or two from my hand. I want to try holding her w/o stressing her out too much. Any tips?

I just got my very first chameleon 4 days ago. I got a lot of good tips and info from this site, & did the 5 day course w/Screameleons, my son and I did some reading... I ended up going w/the beginner on a budget kit from screameleons they are great! Although my babygirl will be 4months old soon...

It's Milly's 3rd day home and today she ate 9 crickets already the little piggy! 8-10 1/4inch crickets for a 3 month old correct? Im gonna have to be careful not to over feed her.. loving her! I'll get pics up soon..

I will try to post a pic, I took 1 but I'm trying to let her get acclimated to her new home. Well I think she ate 1 Krickets since she has been here. She is only 3 mnths so she's eating 1/4inchers. The basking temp was a little too high 90 so I lifted the light & it went down to 85 and she came...

Ok. yeah we are going to put the third side of plastic up, get a plant to catch & retain moisture if that still doesn't do it I will use the humidifier. I also need calcium w/o D3 for every feeding. And the herptavite is only once or twice a month as well I believe?
