19x18x49 for a adult panther is this to small?

i need a cage is 49 tall 18 deep and 19 wide... does any one know where to buy one this size or know where i can get schematics to build one... and if i build it where do i get the materials...thanx for your input:confused: P.S it for a panther chameleon i dont know if that makes a difference

i went to a reptile store near my house cuz i was intrestid in getting a panther chameleon and the guy told me to get bearded dragon cuz i wouldnt be able to take care of a panther chameleon and now i have three 1 nosy be 1 ambilobe and 1 ankaramy.... kinda pointless but thanx for reading oh and...
