    Constipated chameleon?

    My flapneck cham doesnt seem to poop much? is there anything i can do to get her going a little bit? i've heard warm misting and warm baths/showers helps is there anything else i can do? she drinks alot - from the sprayer atleast twice a day for a couple of mins Thanks :)
