I got my female veiled about two months ago from PetSmart.
I'm not sure about her age but I think about 4-5 months since at the moment when I got her, they (PetSmart) said they just got her too.
She's really healthy. drinks well, eats a lot, and no problem with poop...
just seems great...
The vet gave me some syringes to feed him. I don't know why she gave me the can food if it's bad for them =[ so you mean crush some dead (dried) crickets and dust with calcium and feed him using syringe? no water added? How can I make him open his mouth? he doesn't hiss when I'm holding syringe. =[
The appointment was on Sat 3pm but I was so worried if he can't keep up til that time so I skipped my class.... then went to see the vet. The vet said he looks okay. She gave me some medicine and a can food for nutrients (she web searched and find a product that reptiles can eat. It's a dog/cat...
I use 5.0 uvb light. and since it's hotter nowadays, I don't use basking spot no more. I dust calcium with vitamin D like twice a week. I couldn't find any store where sells only calcium. (keep looking for it). I just made an appointment with a vet, hope he doesn't get worse til I see the vet. =[

He's in a small cage and the small cage is in the large cage. The glass one has a screen top and I located UVB there. I don't think it's a digital thermometer. I'll go get a digital one soon! he seemed really nervous last night but today he seems calm down a lot and he ate some crickets! good...
I don't know how to insert a image here. but he's size is about the average man's middle finger without a tale. and I don't think he has pooped yet. so I don't know what it looks like.
I bought the cage from craigslist. I thought taller is better but guess it's too big. huh?
UVB brand is Exo...
I'm not sure about the age but they are really small. the sizes of them are like about my palm size? or less. I've got them a week ago for female and a day ago for the male and the stores said that they have had the male one for about 3 weeks. the male is little bigger than the female.
Chameleon Info:

Oh my god. do I have to let them to be separate? I saw some articles that saying they can't be in the same cage when only both are males, so i thought it would be okay since they are not same gender.
they are in the same cage - 2foot * 2foot* and 4foot high glass cage (it's huge).

so i guess he does have some energy.
he now doesn't seem like moving at all.
I'm super worried =[

Hello, I just got a baby veiled chameleon from a pet shop and the sales person didn't even know its sex!
I want to know if my baby is female or male!
is there any way I can easily figure it out by looking at my chameleon?
