I bought some new plants for my chameleons enclosure. I wanted to hang them some how but not sure how to do it. The cage is a generic screen cage. Any ideas? Pics would be great... thanks
I will be adopting a female veiled chameleon from petsmart in the next few days. The reason she is up for adoption is that she is too big, might be gravid, and possibly has the beginning of mbd. This is what she is living in now.
She is currently living in a 10 gallon tank. I will be keeping...
For everybody who keeps them, how old is the oldest? My little guy is about 2 years old and seems very healthy, I'm just wondering how much longer I have with him.
Thanks
I'm not that happy with the way it looks, but I had trouble finding the right sized plants. Not a good time of year for that. But I've seen worse setups!
The cage is 18" x 18" x 36". He looks tiny in the new big cage!
What do you think of it?

Ok, this has me very confused. What are everybody's opinions on the best brand of supplement?
For years I have used rep-cal for my reptiles. I just recently got a baby K. multi from Seeco and he recommends Reptivite w/o D3 every third feeding. I am having trouble finding Reptivite at my local...
Ok here she (I think) is!
Here is her cage, she is so tiny in it!
I have a question on supplementing. I am used to this schedule:
Calcium every feeding
Calcium w/ D3 twice a month
Herptivite twice a month
Is this too much for a multi?
My basking spot is 85 degrees, is that too...
Ever since I got into chameleons I have wanted one (maybe more) of these. I've finally decided to take the plunge!
I'm getting a baby so I am playing around with my cage setup. Since my baby will be eating fruit flies I have decided to put the new cham in a butterlfy cage(12" x 12" x 12")...
He has been sick before with temporal gland infections. I think this may be related but not sure. Here is the previous post on that https://www.chameleonforums.com/temporal-gland-infection-3rd-one-year-87905/

How can I prevent my Jackson's from getting these infections? He has one now, he had one last month and had one 2 months before that! What am I doing wrong here? They have all cleared up nicely with Baytril but I don't want to give it to him so often.

I am taking him to the vet tomorrow but I would like to get your opinions as well. I noticed this yesterday... His cheek is swollen on one side and his mouth is ajar. I have looked inside his mouth and it seems normal, no redness or puss. He is still eating but not as much. These are the best...

Free for pickup in West Houston. I have them to feed to my mantids but have way to many. I've got about 50 or 100 available. Will not split flies up.
