So Ms Carla chameleon is nearly 4 years old now, and in her elder years she seems to be pooping A LOT less often than she used to.

Although it's not a chameleon, it's worth watching.
At the pet store I work at, we had "Bird Day" today, and one of our breeders brought in some birds.
This is Garry the cockatoo rocking out.

My chameleon was out on her vines above her cage and decided to try to eat a galileo thermometer that i had on my shelf next to the cage... she almost pulled her tongue out of her mouth when it fell :( and now my carpeted room wreaks of ethanol. fail
Can I feed my fully grown female veiled a cicada? If i'm not mistaken, they're not toxic, but i'm a little worried about the shell they have? Anybody have any idea?
so i witnessed a rather mortifying event this morning when my female veiled ate her fresh, wet urate that was stuck to a branch. has anybody ever heard of this?
I was just watching Charlie and the Chocolate Factory on abc Family, and what do i see in the tunnel boat scene? a Jackson's Chameleon! I did a quadruple-take!
I recorded it with my phone and yes... i actually put it on youtube. here's the link...
I was just outside doing some yardwork, and while digging up some old mulch i found a cicida (the shell form with claws and whatnot - no wings)
if i wash the dirt off of it would it be safe to feed to my chameleon?
Carla's about 1 and a half now. How's she look? :D
And for the last picture, does anybody know the painting Christina's World? well that picture is the parallel for a chameleon.
My heat bulb blew out this morning so I have a spare in now. I don't want to buy an expensive one from a pet store. What type of bulb d you guys use and where did you get it from
