    If you don't want to keep the wax worm in the fridge, just buy what your cham will consume in a week (right now that she needs to recover. At southbay tropical you can buy as little as 10 wax worms for about $1

    100W bulb and....

    Usually a 100W bulb is sufficient, but you have to monitor your set-up's temp to make sure.

    Wow, maybe they were trying to take over. Well, keep the cage and "furnishings" clean and you don't have to worry about the ants any more.

    Are you talking about the heat source light bulb? ...then 78F at the closest perching branch is not that bad. Though, you may want to raise that temp a bit more for a vield.

    I haven't ventured to the north county stores yet. I can tell you that 2 stores in the southbay have them in glass cages. and one in downtown.

    Drippers can be found at Petsmart on main, Petco on broadway, lll reptiles is cheaper though.

    Next time you go there to buy crikets, ask the guy who sold you the cham for his name. Mike is the owner, Tim fits a bit of your description.

    Try and visit PETCO again. They sell veiled chams in San Diego. I have visited 3 different stores that had them. And offcourse, the staff knew nothing about how to keep them propperly, they just hand out a "care sheet" that doesn't really give you the information needed to kepp them healthy.

    I know the place! ...and i know who they get their chams from. they have more than just reptiles, but maybe your focus was on the reptiles to begin with.;) ....there are only 2 people in there that actually know about chams,.... the rest of them will only try to make a sale.:mad: But don't...
