I think its good, but easily made. I put my chameleon in his 2'x2'x4' cage when he was 5 months, and I did not cup feed, and he found his food fine. I think it would be nice for an outside cage, but PVC is cheep, and you can get plastic garden fencing for cheep too, so you can build one...

Ask for a species name. If they don't no what name it is then chances are that they did not care for it well, and it might be sick, injured, or other problems that come with incompetence.
