Not too shabby! I don't have them shipped often enough to worry about those problems. I usually get all my bugs at reptiles shows or the petstores near my house. They are a little cheaper that way. But if i do order I get a little of everything. and it usually turns out fine. At least they are...
how many do you plan to keep? I can't wait to know what you feel like. My girly just laid 2 days ago so i am at the beginning of that journey.
Your babies are going to be beautiful, can't wait til you post some pics
Thanks so much for all the support everyone. i don't know what we would have done without this forum.
She dropped another one today actually. Is that weird? We thought she was pooping. My b/f checked a little while later and there was an egg laying on the bottom of the cage. It seems okay but...
Awesome
They should have one of those mastercard commercials for chameleon people. and the license plate cover thing or even the holiday card with tthe pictures should be the priceless part.
But it would only be for crazy cham people like us. Others just won't undertsand.... it's definitely...
Thank you dectr6 for being concerned for us. Yes we were so worried. And thank you kinyonga for your advice and your last thread was accurate... we are the proud owners of 22 eggs!
We are ecstatic! What a journey, I must say. :D
She has only been digging for a week or so but it is the fact that she won't eat or drink much of anything and the digging takes so much out of her. We cannot replenish the nutrients that she is expending without forcing them into her...
I have three of them and I think they are just fine. I bit irritating sometimesi'll admit but I don't have the room for big fancy sytems and it's convenient if I have to work a long shift at the hospital.
Vet visit....
She just looks terrible. She hasn't laid, she won't eat or drink, doesn't really move around a whole lot either. I just got back from the vet a few hours ago because she looked so bad and wanted nothing to do with the shower.
The vet gave her subcutaneous fluids, a calcium...
Congrats. I must say you are extremely lucky. The next thing you should do is find a good vet and make yourself an appointment. Familiarize them with your cham so that when there is another emergency maybe they will be a little more willing to "squeeze" you in.
So we had to take her out today, she hasnt eaten in almost a week, she had like one cricket on friday, today she ate a few, i was worried about her, she was dehydrated even though she has a mister, so we pulled her out and put her on a plant in the shower. now she looks way better, but still a...
I don't know about Jackson's either but I have a male and female panther and male veiled. I love my male panther, he is so chill. He just sits around. My female is chill too, even more so than the male. She is beautiful, I love her. The veiled gets a little pissy sometimes but he actually lets...
Ahh, they sound scary. I hope mine doesn't get that way. He knows my hand means food so he at least somewhat trusts it which makes me glad.
I would still love him either way! :D
