Hi everyone,
I hope you’re doing well. I’ve been searching online for breeders of either Helmeted Chameleons or Antimena Chameleons, but I’m finding a lot of questionable or scam websites.
Could anyone assist me in locating a reputable breeder for these species? I’d greatly appreciate any...
I have installed small pc fans in the enclosure to improve air circulation. Living in northern Nevada, the humidity rarely stays above 50%, which poses another issue. Although he isn't showing signs of respiratory infection, he appears dehydrated, and I'm unsure why he isn't drinking from the...
Hey everyone, I have a vet appointment on the 15th, and am I'm looking for another vet in the area who can see us sooner. Meanwhile, I could use your advice.

My enclosure is the 48x24x48. I think it has 5 plugged per-drilled holes. Remove the plug slide in the misting nozzle and lock it down with the washer. The front opens with two doors that open towards you. Each door has a cut out where the viewing plexiglass gets screwed in. The air flow come...
I tried reaching out Dale. HE seemed like a pretty cool guy, but he does not have any at this time. I did however purchase one of his enclosures. They do come at a premium, bought I think the craftsmanship is worth the price.
Hey Group,
I finally have enough space to accommodate my dream chameleon, The Melleri. IF anybody can help find a breeder or point me in the direction of someone who has a young Melleri, that would be immensely helpful. Thanks in advance.
I should be thinking about replacing the UV Blubs. They are close to a yr old. As for hydration, I am currently playing with misting times. As is, I have three misting cycles. M,W,F,Su -7pm to 7:30pm, Everyday at 2:30am - 2:45am and 6am to 6:30am. Finally I have a fogger going from 11 pm to...
One of my chameleons suffered from mouth. It was a secondary illness brought upon by an upper respiratory infection. Ultimately the root cause of my illnesses was my husbandry. In my attempt to increase daytime humidity and heat, I created an environment that was great bacteria growth. My...

Brodybreaux25, true. But I really suck at building anything. At this point I look at a price and calculate which is more cost+shipping or all of my failed attempts.
Why don't vendors include a basin with their cage design? The cages already run upwards of $100 whats another 25 bucks for a 2 dollar manufactured part.

Hello kathy117,
What is the status of your chameleon now.

I have had my Cham for approximately 3.5 years now. Purchased him when he was 3 months old. He started off so much like yours that I thought I purchased a female. Various shades of brown with black spots. This remained so for about a year and now he turns all sorts of colors from Green...
