I have a exo terra and have has no problems. There's is plenty of gaps and even a ventilation strip right the way across the front. Plus the mesh top allows air to rise out when it's warm which is all the time Here's a pic.

I do all these things and have done from start. Thanks for info but he defiantly hasn't got mbd. He has always been supplemented from young and has fully loaded hoppers and crickets all the time. I have a 6% uv light which is better for veiled chameleons.
