he's so lovely! Can I ask what made you pick him out of the set? Just curious, don't mean to pry.

    MBD? Mouth rot?

Awesome! Thank you for the feedback. That makes perfect sense with the basking temps. I'll cut them back a bit. There are so many opinions on what's best temps-wise. I've chatted with breeders that swear by temps in the high 80s to the range you are suggesting. I added the dripper after your...

    MBD? Mouth rot?

Whoa! I didn't realize that. It was recommended to me as a good multivitamin to get. I also have Rep-Cal Herptivite that I have started using yet. I got it as my backup multivitamin, just in the case, the other one sucked. I'll switch.

    MBD? Mouth rot?

Hi Beman, thank you for your reply. I didn't expect them to at. I've been debating if I should mention it or not. She asked me to keep her posted but idk. Really want to add some diversity to her food... Dubias have a higher uric acid level so if that is all your feeding she has to process...

    MBD? Mouth rot?

Thanks for sharing...we joked about trying to inject the meds into a hornworm. One of our dogs has diabetes so we have plenty of needles around. I think she is starting to feel better because she is being fisty. Both doses were super easy today. She bit the syringe. I'm hoping she keeps doing...

    MBD? Mouth rot?

She didn’t. Iba’s mouth was mucus heavy but we caught it early before it got out of hand. Should she have flushed it or something?

    MBD? Mouth rot?

She gave me a demo. I helped her administrator the first dose. Iba is so small, 11oz, so that makes it a challenge. She is definitely gonna not trust me after these 14 days.

    MBD? Mouth rot?

Update on my little girl Iba. We are currently at the vet and she has a mouth infection. The doc thinks she likely came to me with it. We’re getting her on an antibiotic and weekly weight checks because she is underweight because of it. Trying to give a Cham an oral antibiotic is gonna be great...

    New Cham new enclosure

I don’t have one, but I’m in the process off building out a new bearded dragon setup and I do all the same things for waterproofing and sealing. I may make a video about it.

    My hornworm are moths!

I changed my setup up. I really hate bug burger, it molds so quickly. Silk chow works well but it’s all really kinda messy. I’m trying to mimic a natural environment. The sweet potato vines grow super fast, I’m hoping they will be able to keep up with their appetite. I have a mulberry tree...

    Breeding hornworms!

Plants like tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant…they are all nightshade plants. I research that they will all eat mulberry and sweet potatoes leaves which are a different family than regular potatoes (they are night shades). I’m experimenting with growing them up on both as a food source. Mulberry is...

    Enclosure Help

Ooooh I see what’s happening. The moss is great for holding moisture. I have it in my bioactive setup but it’s mixed into my soil. It becomes one of the components of you substrate mix. I would say keep it, but mix it into your soil. Maybe not all of it tho. It looks like you have a lot but it’s...
