    Basking colors??? +

...but with soft honey/kiwi tone. Also, it doesn't leach sap when scratched or broken. Leaves are too hairy for anything to want a bite. (Except slugs) Have tried the tendril tips (when I thought I'd be a food forest type gal.) They are bitter, like wild greens. Bonus question: Anyone...

Shiny trails at the bottom mesh part of my chameleon's cage

slugs are attracted to beer. they will shimmy their way to the beer, and drown. you pour some beer in a saucer deep enough for them to drown. Slugs also hate copper. I buy copper tape and wrap the rim of my outdoor garden pots in it. It helps keep the slugs from eating my plants. I've read it...

Just one more time, going for the ultimate build

Think I'm gonna place such trap, it's getting out of hand. Yeah, I know what mean, love buggers as well, especially in the evening when sitting next to Bella's enclosure I can hear them crawl between the leaf litter. When I then shine a light at it, at first you don't see anything and by second...

Anyone have photos of female Jackson's reproductive status? (receptive, rejecting, gravid)

I have a photo of my T. Jacksonii jacksonii female who was so receptive she chased the male around the cage. She had just passed slugs a few days earlier

    Snail breeding

If snails and slugs were the ticking time bombs they're made out to be, everyone would be dead... because they get on everything. Just use common sense and you'll be fine. All insects carry filth in one way or another

    Starting new setup
