I know what fixture you speak of because I also had a plastic cover on mine, I took the cover off a long time ago and just ran the fixture with no cover.

Yea, I fixed her lighting set up. Need to grab a few more branches for her, too bad its snowing and 7 degrees outside in cbus right now.

The bulb is located in the upper right corner of her cage so I think psychologically she'll be ok. Thanks for the link!

Laurie, Thanks for the help. I do have a basking bulb for her, it just isn't visible in the photo. The cage I designed and built is actually built into the corner of my room. I lined those two walls with plastic, and the bulb isn't behind the plastic, it is located in the cage. The other two...
