My chameleon had the same problem at one point and figured it was a broken leg, we don't have any exotic vets so I gave him extra calcium made sure the uvb and basking area was a focus point in his day and he ended up getting better. His leg is perfectly fine and uses it perfectly.. obviously...

Laurie thank you, I only have other reptiles and only my gf and my best friend are around so he is ok, I put him in a room with me and close doors and let him explore... He usually is done wanting out for the day when I let him explore. Thank you for the insight and letting me know they do that :)

Yes I have bark chips under paper towel, holds the moisture and the paper towel helps cover the bark so he doesn't eat any and also easy clean up

I use the calcium often, when we received him his head always looked like that which was always a concern to me and his legs don't usually look like that they are normal from what I can tell think it's just the picture I got, I will reduce the D3 calcium intake and maybe will order one online...

Why do you say that davtheveiled? Curious to see what you see, I do use calcium with D3 which is debatable if D3 is good or not idk... I have not tried any of those options as dubias are the only other option besides crickets and a small selection of different worms like mealworms, etc. I don't...

That's him right now on the ground and wanting out, he sits there and every time I peel back the tape from the glass he sits there and stares at me and sticks his tongue out, he crawls along the bottom clawing at the doors wanting out he does this throughout the day
