When it gets cold in theroom, he cant hold on branches, and I slightly put something on top on him. He is not a captive cahameleon and he is never stressed. He even drinks water from a bowl

If he can't hold on the branches its something else, more serious than "cold". Unless your room is 40°F at night or below

I mean he doesnt have a cage door locked or something. Unlike yours ))) he goes where he wants to go. He is never angry )) I rescued him from petsmart

So, does he have a UV light? And supplements?

Everthing , he has two ofbthem. One in his cage, one outside by the window where he is hanging out most of the time. Morning, when he wakes up, he gets inside his cage for basking; he also has powersun inside his cage. Also fixed uvb outside ...

Yes, but he sleeps by the window and gets too cold at night sometimes. Its not happening often though. However, sometimes, when heat is off, he gets cold next tothe window
