This captures a rare seen behavior of a Kinyongia Boehmei. In general these species are shy and quickly spooked for which they turn pretty pale within a split second and duck away sideways from a branch. However, for the first time I witnessed him standing his ground and he was big!
Yes that is as "fired up" as they get. Do you ever see him chilling under the light with one leg off the branch sort of stretched out vertically or even dangling? At first this scared me..but I have seen it several times and it is always a different leg.
