Crazy Nosy faly baby

Today i woke up to see the last male ,of my previous nosy faly batch, he is only 7 weeks old, and his colors were nothing i've ever seen before. He is just over 2 months old and he had FULL BLUE color and WHITE Barring, On top of that he has the full red spots. A female i had imported for a friend, i got dewormed, and he let me breed her with my male. i had incubated the eggs at 70 degrees, they hatches in 10 months, now i see this last male and he is nothing like i've ever seen before, i am really wondering what that females father looked like because this male is crazy, i'm definitely keeping him for future breeding projects.
