I have a 4 month old Veiled that i am keeping indoors for now. Im feeding 4-5 crickets at 2 different times a day. Im wondering about the calcium(D-3)dusting. I usually dust the first group in the morning, and then the second i dont dust. Any suggestions out there? Does that sound about like what i should do? Im also dusting with Vitamins 2wice a week.
Also, at what age do i need to change the dusting habits?

You may want to try feeding a little more crickets. About 12-15 a day at that age, maybe even more.
My dusting method usually goes:
Mon and Thurs-Calcium(rotate weekly between D3 and No D3
Tues and Fri-Herptivite(some people say it is only needed twice a month, but...I havent seen any deposites around the nostrels of any of my chameleons.
Wed and Sat-Miner-All outdoor(this has calcium with no D3)
Sunday-no supplements.

I have been trying a new system with my adult male veiled.
I didnt feed him at all for two days, then on the third I gave him 3 super worms, after that i have been giving him a choice between dubias or 3 super worms every other day. seems to be working great!
Just hope you veiled dosent go on a food strike.
