will putting silkworms, wax worms ect. kill them?

Yesterday bought some silkworms and superworms and I was told to put them in the fridge but I don't have room in my fridge so I put them in the freezer over night and now they are not moving. My be I should have let them sit out side instead

If they were in the freezer that long they are most likely dead. Next time if you don't have room in the fridge you could put them in a picnic cooler with a cold pack instead. Rotate cold packs from freezer to cooler to keep the insects cool. Don't put the cold pack right next to the insects.

I have never even heard of putting those types of worms in the fridge. I have heard waxworms but that is about it.

Ok can I still feed them to my cham or will they harm my chams health if I feed them dead worms from last night?

I don't think it will harm him, but they might lose some of their nutritional value upon death. I would not keep feeding the dead ones. If they are freshly dead, maybe.

Yeah I was advised that super worms would be best in room temperature in Granola/oats/oatmeal.

You can put silks and horns in fridge overnight to slow growth but you can't keep them in there. Putting them in the freezer killed them for sure. I keep my horns, silks and Phoenix worms at room temp all the time. I don't feed supers or mealies so I can't speak to that. I keep butter worms in the fridge though. You can also diapause silkworm eggs in the fridge but not hornworm eggs.

Just a friendly reminder, Superworms do not need to be refrigerated; it will kill them.
