What to use as a cup feeder??

Just got my new xl repti breeze so will set that up later and put him in today cant wait.
Just wondering as i cant really let the cricket rome about ill have to cup feed but dont no what to use??

They work pretty well. I've put crickets in them too but sometimes they will still escape. So I went with this idea from a forum member.

I resurrected an old thread before I read this. Terrific feeding stations, and a great way to contain those worms. Love it.
