What fruit are safe for Veiled Chameleons?

I've been feeding my 5 month old veiled chameleon crickets, superworms, and hornworms. I notice he eats a lot of the plants in his cage so I wanted to know what other fruits/veggies I could feed him. So can I feed him any of these: Mango, Apple, Banana, Grape, Grapefruit, Bell Pepper, Cucumber, Carrot, Zucchini, and Romaine Lettuce. Are these safe to veiled chameleons? Please list the ones that are not safe if you know of any.

Most of those are good just cut them into small slivers so he want choke. I've never fed great fruit so I'm not sure about that. Strawberry is one of their favorite and they like collard, mustard, dandelion, endive and kale.

They love blue berries.

My veiled loves red fruit and greens. If you look under the resource tab and see what is recommended to gut load feeders your cham can eat the same stuff. I would avoid feeding any kind of lettuce. I cheat and keep frozen fruit and just thaw and cut up.

Mine won't take fruit or greens >.> tricked him into taking a little slice of grape once and he spat it out and just starred at me like "How dare you feed me such food" LMAO
