What do you feed your dubias as a staple diet as well as treats/nutrition enhancers?

right now im feeding non medicated chicken mash and they are going nuts over it!!!

Dino fuel and oranges all the time.
Dandelions, apples, mango, blueberries, raspberries, butternut squash, greens, kale, kiwi, honey, and thats all I can think of right now, in varying, random amounts.

i offer them Dino-Fuel on a varity of greens and vegies. I am trying to get them to take the Repashy BugBurger more ( they will take it , but are not nuts for it). Im considering mixing in a 1/2 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice since they loveee ORANGES!!

I also feed them scraps. I buy a wide varity of fruits for my family. I just peel them deep (with a good amount of meat on the skin) and feed the "scraps" to my colony. This way nothing is wasted. I assume whatever i'd be able to eat would be fine for them. I try to stay away from Avacados.

Carrots, bug burger, oranges, fluker's cricket feed, greens, banana peel... I've used all of these with success.

What's Dino fuel? And it's a good thing I live in orange county. My house came wiu orange trees when my grandparents bought it

Stay away from spinach, kale and broccoli too. There are others, but I know those impede calcium absorbtion.
You can still use them and all, just not in large amounts.

Whats leafy greens can be used ? I just feel like i need to feed a good leafy green as a staple. They load well on greens and i just load that with a ton of Dino-Fuel.

I feed my roaches pre-made roach chow from gregs exotic roaches. SUPER high in protein and all other essentials. I also offer some kind of fresh fruit/ collard greens or turnip greens daily. I buy silica crystals for water, and when mixed with water, one ounce makes 1 gallon.

too much animal fat and protein is not necessarily a good thing. You also have to watch what is in these things in terms of vitamins and minerals.

This is what I've most recently been feeding my dubia:
