Veiled Chameleon Eye Out of Socket?

My veiled has been shedding his head today and after I gave him a shower, he rubbed his eye a lot and now it seems like it may be dislocated or something? It did this before, but then it looked normal for awhile, but when I went to turn his lights off, it seemed like he couldn't open his eye and the eyeball was moving around a lot in its socket.
I took this video:

Your chameleon's eye isn't draining, fluid may have built up because the drainage tube by his eye is stopped up its like a little abscess, my chameleon had this before and his eye lid wouldn't close when he slept, there may be something in his eye, mist his eye with warm water, and if it doesn't heal up in a few days, bring him to the vet, stop him it he trys to rub it.

What did he rub his eye on?

I don't see any signs of MBD and don't know why an eye would go like that if it did have MBD.

He's been rubbing his eye on a fake branch and my arm today. I'm worried because he couldn't seem to open it, but he was sleepy so maybe he was just opening one on purpose? Doesn't look like it when I watch the video back though.

Just watch it for a few days, mist it with warm water, and dont let him itch it, it's sore from rubbing it and the swelling, he wont open it until it feels better, the only thing the vet can do is cut it open and let it drain, it will go away in a week.

This seems most likely to me because it didn't start until after the shower... mostly concerned because he can't open it. He's sleeping now, and it looks completely normal and is closed all the way, but when I turned his light back on awhile ago, it happened again.

It first seemed like he rubbed it too hard on my arm and it got pushed out of socket (hence the thread title)

This has happened to my chameleon many times, the chameleon is trying to open up the drainage tube in his eye by rubbing it, there may be something in it or maybe has been swollen shut. It's not out of socket if you notice the bump is on the side of his eye, usally this sac like bump is behind the eye but can be irratated and wont fit behind the eye so will stick out. Its not out of socket

have you not noticed that when a cham has mbd their eyes blow up and get lumpy? if i would have known it was only in one eye i wuddnt have said that but from the video that eye looked like the eye of a cham with mbd. i cuddnt see the jaw so i cant say it was deformed in anyway and i didnt pay a ton of attention to anything else. either way the cham should be taken to a vet and looked at.
