Veiled cham help

not long, ive had her for a month.. and twice in the last week she has gone to the bottom and just walked around and eventually goes back up.. I was just always under the impression they stay up and rarely come down except to like.. lay eggs, but I know she isn't gravid..

I don't think she is unwell, but just wondering what other reasons a vcham would venture down from her environment and go to the ground

Will get a pic when I see her again.. my g/f just txted asking why she was on the ground and sent a txt pic of it..

how old is she? my female veiled used to do that once in a while when she was a bit younger (she is now a year old) and still does very occasionally and Im not sure why but I figured she was just checking out her pad or looking for some bugs.

am unsure her age. Wish I knew or could get a educated guess.. He was hurt and the people who had her couldn't take care of her, so I stepped in. Her mouth is much better now and she is eating well and has a very strong grip when I must move her to clean her cage.

I think she was just exploring the bottom of her home. As now she is climbing on everything.

my 10 month old has started doing that around 2 weeks ago and is still doing it, she starts at one end of the viv and does the same route everyday then sits at the front scratching at the glass trying to get out.

she has changed from bright green to her adult colours in the past few weeks so i thought she was showing off

You do know that they can lay infertile eggs without mating?
Do you have a place in the cage for her to dig to show you when she needs to lay eggs?
