hi is and exo terra cage that is 18x18x24'' large enough for a male or a female usumbara pygmy

That should be fine for a small group of 1 male and 2 females.
By Usambara Pygmy you are talking about a temporalis, correct?

yeah. seriously,3 of em lol i was gonna buy one to not overcrowd the cage, but now i will buy 1male and 1female
