again im doing another update on my new addition wc fischers. as some of you may have read and followed, he was very malnutioned when i got him, his eyes sunken, and his appitite to shreads. Thomas is doing awsome, and certainly getting much strength and meat on his body. OH! he is also starting to use his tounge again, slowly and slowly and little by little. OH!!!!!!! and he has started his first shed with me today!

an update on Kiwi, she is about 9 months now, and is starting to get patterning. she hasnt shed lately so im starting to wonder if this is between maturing and pattering, or is this a gravid sign for veileds around this age? my camera cannot capture her stunning colour wich sucks, been all day today she has been such a vibrant neon lime green, with dark blue and tourqoise stripes and spots. she also sometimes has a slight darker coat with olive green stripes. guys help me out please. she has a laying bin all set for her with fresh sand and substrate. i just got back from the smokey mountians in tennessee a couple days ago so all this is new to my eyes.

Today I had Thomas out to check on him, and thought about what would happen if my male fischers and female veiled do if they met. with CAUTION i opened her door and held him outside of the cage, Kiwi krept up close with interest and a neat pattern. neither looked or showed signs of stress, and were both bright green.

After a few minutes i introduced Thomas inside the cage, (not free ranged) i held him near one of Kiwi's branches and she got fired up and gaped. no dark colours but a fire up to show whos territory it was.

And for my last update, while i was gone, my female pygmy shed for the first time, i cleaned out the whole cage and found one big pile of cham shed, lol it was cute. anyways guys let me know what you think. :D

Nice chams. I use to have a female veiled and a male panther that were actually friends. Yet, let her see a male veiled and she'd flip.
